Product description
This olive oil is obtained from a blend of the Correggiolo, Leccino and Pendolino varieties, and is green or an intense clear golden yellow colour.
Slightly fruity of the green type, its fragrance is clean and ample, characterised by strong elegant hints of almond and fresh herbs.
The taste is harmonius and complex, with hints of almond and artichoke towards the end. Bitter and spicy, balanced and poised, with average fluidity.
